These parties act as processors on behalf of Sauerland Alpin Hotel. We enter into a data processing agreement with each processor, which includes agreements regarding confidentiality and security.

Sauerland Alpin Hotel never sells, rents, or shares personal data with third parties for direct marketing purposes. We only share data with external parties when legally required to do so (for example, in response to requests from regulators or the judicial authorities).

Retention periods

We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
